This was a big project, for a workshop with Bryan Wynia in cgsociety. The idea was design a yeti but only the bust. I'm going to show the whole process since the beginning to the end.
First I started with some speed sculpts.
Then over the speed sculpts, I started the process of concept art, and finally I made the final concept art.

Then I started the sculpt process of the final yeti. I painted it in zbrush and I did the composition of the final render in photoshop.
